Terms of use
These terms cover the Berthbell pilot, run by Ramith K S, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (an individual, not a company). By using Berthbell you agree to them.
The pilot
- Access is by invitation. The owner creates accounts. There is no public sign-up.
- Berthbell is a preview. Features, limits and prices can change. We will tell you before a price changes.
- Fees, if any, are agreed in writing with you and invoiced manually. Nothing is charged automatically.
What Berthbell does and does not promise
- Berthbell flags shipments that may run late using public data and models that are still in testing. A flag is a prompt to check, not a guarantee.
- It does not give live tracking for every ship or port, and it does not cover India live tracking.
- Do not rely on it as the only source for cutoffs, customs or contract decisions. The carrier is the source of truth.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your sign-in safe and tell us if it is lost.
- Only upload data you have the right to use, and only message people you have a work reason to contact.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to break it, or send spam.
Liability
The service is provided as is during the pilot. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, such as missed cutoffs, demurrage or lost business, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.
Ending
Either side can stop at any time by email. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. On request we will delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
Law
